Chris Rapczynski has been a trusted member of the construction community for over 25 years.  His vision in practice includes design-building, general contracting, and real estate development.  He has dedicated his career to quality construction and integrity in business. He is responsible for charting the growth and advancement of the company.  He serves as the lead in business development and new client relations. Under his leadership, Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. has overseen more than 200 million dollars in construction and growing. Chris believes in fostering a positive and honest work environment that offers equal opportunities for all of his project partners.
