$10 Million Back Bay Townhouse Remodeled By Sleeping Dog Hits Market
We recently shared some details from a custom home remodel we built in collaboration with architecture firm Hacin + Associates. Custom ceilings, ventless fireplaces and luxury powder rooms were just some hallmarks of this stunning Back Bay single-family home remodel. Our relationships with custom homes often continue long after construction is complete (learn more about our Heritage Home Program here), which is why we’re very excited to see this particular property make it to the market. Hidden in this historical building from 1885 are considered and contemporary features throughout the property’s more than 6,000 square feet of space. Our high-end renovation led to this being put on the market at a price of $9.895 million, making it the most expensive home for sale on Marlborough Street after increasing the value almost 6x from its previous listing price. The occasion was also recently marked by an article in Boston Magazine. We’re thrilled with the result, happy to have collaborated with the professionals at Hacin + Associates and proud that the home is listed by Boston’s own Tracy Campion.
