Newton Tudor Home Remodel Featured in Editorial Ideabook on Houzz

We are excited to announce that one of our projects was hand-picked by a Houzz writer to be featured in an editorial ideabook on the homepage of the site.

The editorial ideabook, titled “Eccentric and Elegant: The Design Genius of Jaime Hayon” highlights Hayon’s  outstanding pieces of contemporary design. His Showtime Chair, which melds lacquered steel legs with a plywood shell and upholstered fabric, is featured in a Newton Tudor style home that we remodeled.

We teamed up with architecture and interior design firm Hacin + Associates on the project to reinvent the 1930’s Tudor style home with contemporary stylings and finishes. The home was awarded the national category for private residential design in the IIDA Interior Design Competition, and the project was featured in the May issue of Interior Design Magazine. Additionally, the project was recognized at the IIDA New England Design Awards as ‘Best in Show’ for the entire New England competition. The project was also featured by the Boston Globe in their Sunday Globe Winter Magazine.
