Contemporary Farmhouse

This spectacular 7500SF farmhouse is not your average farmhouse. Working with Tony Cappoli Interiors, we created a home where city living meets a country lifestyle. The contemporary farmhouse includes an enormous deck, an inviting parlor room, a custom kitchen, and a whole lot more. Everything – including the powder rooms – incorporates an urban aesthetic while maintaining a country feel. The home is a must-see!

The Deck

This home’s deck was a project of its own. Made of stone, brick, and wood, the enormous outdoor space overlooks a spacious, green lawn. It is a gorgeous spot for entertaining friends and family and lounging around.

The Parlor Room

Upon entering the home, guests encounter the lovely parlor room. Designed for a cozy feel, the room’s light and dark color patterns offer a warm and inviting ambiance.

The Sitting Room

This area of the home was once a dark office that we converted into a sitting room. We updated everything within the room – from the finished floors to the oversized windows.

Luxury Kitchen

The kitchen features custom wooden cabinetry and a granite island finished with fine locomotive engine black and gold bead paints.

 

Custom Staircase

We revitalized this custom staircase with rift oak treads and ebonized mahogany hand rails.

Bathroom Remodel

We implemented a glass tile above the sink and carefully installed the countertop, which is made of a rare, custom stone. We also applied custom wallpaper featuring an interesting pattern of stretched trees.
