Intercontinental – Luxury Condo Remodel

This 4,000 square-foot private residence is located at one of the city’s most prestigious addresses: the Intercontinental of Boston. Conveniently situated downtown near the waterfront, the home offers incredible city views and easy access to Boston’s most reputable restaurants, shops, and parks. A complete, full gut renovation, this transformation brings in the most contemporary and current design flair and is punctuated with strong millwork detail. Full home automation allows for ease and comfort of day-to-day living. Premium appliance package and textured finishes in all areas of the house provide a plush look and sophisticated feel.

We customized every aspect of this luxury condo. It includes the most contemporary and current design flair, incredible millwork detail, high-end appliances, a comprehensive home automation system, and more.

The Entryway: Custom Flooring, Walls, Coffered Ceiling

Upon entering the home, you’ll encounter the beautiful foyer, which includes porcelain tile flooring and walls finished with Venetian plaster. The ceiling is also finished with a waxed Venetian plaster, and it features a unique coffered walnut ceiling.

Master Baths

Both master bathrooms feature custom vanities with toe kick lighting, Caesarstone countertops, and undermount ceramic sinks. The luxury bathrooms also include recessed medicine cabinets.

Master Bedroom

In addition to the incredible view, the master bedroom features beautiful hardwood flooring and built-in custom millwork that stores clothing as well as a two-drawer refrigerator.

The Living Room

One of the most interesting features of this room is the custom millwork soffit, which houses the drapery and shades. With the touch of a button, the shades, drapes, and lights can be altered due to the implementation of a home automation system.

To create a warm, cozy feel in the living area of the luxury home, we implemented a wooden ceiling and cove lighting. The dining space, connected to the living area, includes a Venetian plaster ceiling with a high gloss, buffed-wax finish.

Custom Kitchen

This gorgeous kitchen includes walnut veneer cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, two wine coolers, state of the art appliances, and more. The kitchen island features an induction cooktop with a high gloss finish.
