This South End penthouse is flooded with an abundance of natural light, rendering it an ideal canvas for showcasing exquisite artwork and design finishes. Taking center stage in this luminous space is the book-matched marble fireplace surround, featuring a floating quartz mantel and meticulously crafted mitered edge details, culminating in a truly bespoke fireplace. The process, involving extensive hours of planning, drawing, framing, templating, fabricating, and installation, proved to be an intricate journey, but the final result justified every effort invested.

In the kitchen, the introduction of two large casement windows and a new skylight positioned above the island further amplifies the influx of natural light. A strategically chosen contrasting island injects a new color into the room, adding an element of understated yet impactful visual interest. The meticulous planning and execution contribute to a seamless integration of these design elements.

To enhance the master bathroom, a large soaking tub takes center stage, contributing to a sense of luxury and relaxation. A carefully curated lighter color palette is employed to maximize the perception of space, creating an atmosphere of openness and airiness. The thoughtful selection of design elements and colors not only elevates the aesthetic appeal but also serves the practical purpose of making the entire space feel more expansive and inviting.
